What we Need 4/15/11

We both need to check the buttons, and make them work good. Then we need to check all of the spelling in the game. My partner has to finish to hit test on a cheerleader, and a number. I am on my last scene, and only have to finish one hit test on the end. Then we have to combine scenes. Then after we combine scenes we have one hit test then we will be done.

What we have Changed

We have changed a lot of things since the beginning of the year one thing that we have changed is the score keeping. It would not work even our teacher tried to help us, but he could not find the problem. Then we had to change the hit test on the answers. Lastly thing that we changed is the background for the cheerleaders. On our score we tried the mini game file from the rabbit, and carrot we also searched through the mini game and copied everything from the original score. After that we still couldn't get it working and we even let our teacher try it. After we tried to get the score working we also had to work on the hit test. It would hit the number and go somewhere else on the scene. You could see it hit, but it would not work. It wasn't supposed to go anywhere else, it was supposed to give you one point. We figured that we would change the background to a football field to make it more realistic like you are on the field cheering. this time we thought about making you run across the field to hit the answer, and you can not get hit by the football players.

What Friends Think 4-1-11

We went around the class room and interviewed each others game so that we can learn about it and get ideas here is what people think about our game good and bad ideas.

People said that they like the movement. The mountaineers team said that they like the title, and colors, Just about every team said that the hittest, and nice graphics are good.

We have almost completed the game, but well still need a little work like on our hittest. The answers do not work when you hit them, and neither does our line at the touch down when you hit the line it should go to the next scene. I also don't have the score working our teacher helped us but he could not get it working. I think we might have to change the score idea because no one can fix it. Well we are almost done with our game, but we still have a little more to go.

How I Use my Time Wisley 3-25-11

I'm going to use my time wisley by not getting on any thing i'm not supposed to be on. Stop talking to other people in class. I will be concentrating on my goal for the end of the year. One way I used my time wisley is I keep thinking about work. Secondly I get it done right then and there I do not wait till the last minute. I always think about the bad stuff that willl happen if I don't do my work.

What we Have Overcome

We have had about three problems with our game one was getting the football players to loop, The other problem was getting the hittest to work, The last problem was trying to get the score board to work.
We overcome our first problem by gettting on our old project pages and searching all over them until we found the code under an old game called the race to justice.
We overcome our second problems by our good friend roger he helped us with the hittest because he had already finished his game that involves that part. It made our game better by getting all of the stuff to come together.
Lastly we still haven't accomplished our last problem because it will not work I coppied everything from the bunny and carrot file but it still won't work. I have worked on it non-stop on trying to get it to work.

The Progress 3-11-11

I would like to get my score working on my game. So far I have a question, and the answer. I have the actionscript completed but it will not work. I copied it from the bunny and carrot file. If I get the score working soon enough I'm going to try and create another scene that you have to kick a field goal through. One last thing I would like to complete is the hittest it works, but it doesn't go back to the starting point.

Goals 3-4-11

Our goals before monday is to combine our football, and cheerleading scenes. We also hope to get the scoring part of our game to work. We also plan to get all the cheer scenes to function properly. We are still thinking about putting a field goal scene for the football player. Our goal other goal is to also win the competition.
